Raul OCampo & Associates LLC, (dba O&A Design Studio) has successfully provided professional architectural and planning services for over 40 years from their Florida based location. O&A was the Planner, Urban Designer and Architect for the award winning Weston Town Center (WTC) in Broward County, Fl., in the heart of a community of 62,000 residents. Mr. Ocampo has provided Program Development for the Boys & Girls Club of Palm Beach and Martin County and is the author of their Prototype Design being used at the Riviera Beach and West Palm Beach Facilities. Raúl has also served as Architect and Planner for Dan Calloway Phases 1 & 2, George Street Park and their System Wide Master Plan.
 
Locally, O&A has designed the Emerald Lakes Professional and Medical Center to be built at Federal Hwy and Cove Road; the Fisherman’s Wharf Project in the Ft. Pierce Waterfront CRA and several high end waterfront residences throughout the county including the Aurora Award Winning residence for Mr. & Mrs. Koelling on the Manatee Pocket. Raúl has also recently completed the Master Plan for the Rio Town Center in Martin County, the addition and renovations to Fire House #32 for Martin County and the Indiantown Boys & Girls Club facility.
 
Despite his grueling schedule, Mr. Ocampo still finds time to give back to his community by serving on the Stuart Main Street Board and the Educational Foundation of Martin County as President, the President of AIA Treasure Coast, Martin County School District Advisory Board for Academies of Excellence (Architecture & Drafting) and the County IFAS Extension Services and is a recent graduate of Leadership Martin County Class 19. He is the father of 6 and resides in Palm City with his wife Karin and plays softball!
